Who we are
Gradus Live Market ("Gradus", "we") publishes educational trading content and demo trading results. You can reach us through the Contact page, our YouTube channel (@graduslivemarket) or our X account (@Gradus_Live).
What we collect on this website
We store only what you send us: the email, country and role you enter on the waitlist form; the details you enter on the contact form; and the details you enter when applying as an EA developer. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Why and how long
We use your waitlist email to send launch news and early access. We use contact and application details to reply and to review your request. The legal basis is your consent (waitlist, application) and our interest in answering you (contact). We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or until two years after launch news ends, whichever comes first. We keep contact messages for up to 12 months.
Who sees it
Your data is stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. If we later offer regulated services we will update this policy and name the regulated partner that processes data before we collect anything beyond the above.
Third-party content
When you load a page, your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts and, on some pages, market widgets from TradingView. Those providers receive your IP address as described in their own policies. Links to YouTube, X and Myfxbook lead to third-party sites with their own policies.
Our video publishing tool
We run an internal tool that publishes our own trading videos to our own YouTube channel. It uses Google's YouTube API with the permission of the channel owner. The tool only accesses our own channel. It does not collect or store data about viewers or other YouTube users. Access tokens are kept on our own server and are not shared. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can review or revoke access at any time in your Google Account security settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, or to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us through the Contact page with the topic "Privacy request" and we will respond.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
